WABISABI GREEN RETURN POLICY

Wabisabi Green wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return any of your Wabisabi Green product that is unused and in new condition within 7 days after receipt for a refund. No refunds after 7 days.

Fused glass art by Prop Wash Glass is non-refundable. All sales are final.

Customers must obtain advance authorization from a Wabisabi Green Customer Care representative in order to return merchandise. Please call 760.445.9225 within the 7 day period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). With the exception of damaged merchandise, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. If you received FREE SHIPPING on the original purchase, these costs will be deducted from the refund. All ceramics are non-refundable.

Some important information to know regarding your return:

Returned product must be unused and in its original condition. We do not accept for return
  any damaged, used or soiled merchandise.
Wabisabi Green does not accept CODs.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping returned product to Wabisabi Green.
  We recommend you insure your package with a reputable carrier in the event of loss or
  damage. Any damage caused during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, Wabisabi Green will refund your
  purchase price minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Wabisabi Green cannot accept items purchased through a retailer, vendor or distributor.
  Please contact the retailer, vendor or distributor directly for further information and
  assistance.
Customer refusal of any shipment is billable to the customer for both the return and original
  shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your item is incorrect or damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 760.445.9225 and we will work with you to correct the problem. Please retain all packaging materials.

Cancellation Policy
Orders placed via the Internet are generally processed within 30 minutes from the time you place your order. If you decide to cancel your order, please email or call us immediately. If you cancel an order that has already been shipped, all shipping costs, original shipping costs to your address and back to us will be at your expense.

A 5% fee will be charged for a canceled order that has been processed in order to recover fees related to the credit card transaction. This fee will not apply to any returned merchandise or merchandise received in damaged condition.

Because Wabisabi Green's home decor and gift items are made out of natural materials, there may be slight variation in color, texture and finish from item to item. This adds to the intrinsic beauty of each individual artisanal quality item.
